Some time ago, I acquired this template to install it to a customer that has a real estate. My customer is enjoied about this template, is a very elegant and is easy to install. Ideal for any small real estate company that needs to sell or rent their properties. The documentation about the template is very good. By detailing all the parts of the template and documenting them in great detail, this do the fact that their installation is very simple. The template just have a big problem, there aren't a search engine for fields (price, location, type, ... ) This meant having to search for a specific plug-in for this type of search. This installation has been not easy, but the result, I believe, has been very good (we used the Fields Attach plug-in). The customer are really happy. Therefore, I advise all real estate companies to acquire this template.
